Jamba - Burleson

I ordered by the mobile app after receiving a promotion discount, I somehow replaced my order with ingredients already included and danielle called me to make sure that she got my order right, the smooth was delicious and customer service incredible! I never had jamba, but from august 17 this was the best customer support I received in all 2022! I'm back!

I love the smoothies of jamba. they are always fast and tasty. I highly recommend it.

Have tried calling this location only to be immediately hungup on. Tried for multiple day. Call the toll free number only to be told thanks for your feedback . No way to contact store other than driving to the store. Had the same issue a month ago. I drove to the store on the chance someone was there. Once arrived, i was told the phone was missed up.UPDATE: Contacting website does no good.

I can not count the amount of times I have been here when they didn't answer the speaker or appear to be inside. You are talking weekdays at 2-3 pish. The smoothies are great if you can actually get someone to WORK

Jamba is just a drive through location, one of the quickest drive through’s i have been too . The açaí bowl was fresh and amazing during a hot summer day and you can get it without stepping out of your car .
