Dunkin' - Burlington

I have been here about 3 time and every single time my order is wrong! This last time I ordered 3 bagel sandwiches, didn?t realize until I left the drive though I only received 1. Went inside told them, they asked me THREE times what I was missing, then asked for my receipt, why? I do not know since my order is on the tag on the bag I did receive. Nevermind the fact they never give a receipt unless you ask for it. Finally got my 2 bagel sandwiches without an apology and instead with an annoyed kid who rolled his eyes and threw the rest of the order on the counter. Get new cooks and associates because the ones you have are the worst!!

I frequent this Dunkin Donuts with my son and have for several years. This is my go-to stop for coffee and treats. I love the fact that they hire a variety of workers and seem to give everyone a chance to prove themselves. This is my favorite place to meet up with friends. I also appreciate the fact that the staff always talks to my high-energy 3 year old. They're always quick to offer him a high-five.

Love there breakfast packed an icy coffee, they also have oat milk

I waited for my food for 35 minutes and was told that they forgot about me. They gave me two free donuts for my waiting.

Great coffee! Good sandwiches. Love them Everything Bagels! And my doggie loves his Pup-Cups.
