Harbor Inn Seafood - Burlington

This was our first visit to the restaurant. We were driving by and decided to stop for lunch. Upon entering, we were pleased to find that there were not many people in the place and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. We started with some clam chowder for appetizers and shared a platter of fried seafood (Combination Seafood Platter). The clam chowder arrived quickly and tasted delicious. The seafood dish was served promptly as well. We opted to add scallops for an extra $1 and received 3 or 4 scallops for that price, which we thought was a great deal. The meal was enjoyable and there was so much food that the two of us couldn't even finish it all. I would highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be returning. The only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 was the decor, which could be described as either 'dated' or 'thrift shop'. However, we will definitely be returning to this place in the future.

SUCH A TREAT. The jumbo shrimp and scallop platters are priced fair, the food is great. The best part was ordering. The young lady, Jilly maybe Dilly? was so polite. She helped find food we’d like and was so nice to talk to. It was a pleasure coming to pick up dinner and interact with the employees when I picked up. It’s nice to see people like Jilly take pride in their product. Also wanted to add the raw onions side is great to add and few places carry them as a side.

It's like no other place it's fresh seafood at your best due to the customers that are over whelming seafood lover Thur out the county me and my wife always put our before time so naturally when dinner times come we go pick it up and no wait time hardly but quick service and fresh got supper ready to go home and enjoy it's good they take orders ahead of time it works out for us just call them and gived your. And your time to pick and it's ready when you get there we,ll thankful for their great excellent output try it out

I have visited this restaurant about 5 times (I live in Durham) and every time the food was fantastic!! The prices are very reasonable.

Excellent food, best seafood in this area! Large portions, even small plates. Excellent customer service, all the waiters and staff are super courteous, friendly, and always provide the best customer service! Owners are friendly with customers and staff. Highly recommend Harbor inn!!!!
