The service at this restaurant is very slow because they don't have enough staff. It is also quite expensive. The ice was not very cold and it started dripping from the bottom of the cone. Next time, I will only buy drinks from this place.

This location has old ice cream sitting in the freezer with freezer burns. Lots of empty tubs. Looks abit depressing. Koodos to the one worker that was working hard on his own. This establishment is run by a very cheap owner. The ice cream tasted like it was abit stale, definitely old product.

I have had the pleasure of having there ice cream far and beyond the best I have ever had the sever as well as the owner were amazing people I will definitely make this the place for ice cream as I live in Vaughan worth the drive thanks so much and for the quality of your ice cream

Extremely disappointing, don’t waste your time and visit maybe the McDonald’s drive through. Wasted an evening here with family waiting ridiculously long line, store is dirty and disorganized. What made this experience especially bad was trying to explain to the clerk that their machine wasn’t connecting and taking payment from an attempt of several cards and proceeded to laugh in customers face. Inhuman and laughable service. Go anywhere else in Burlington for your ice cream.

The service was absolutely terrible. They were out of half of the toppings/sauces, they didn’t switch the paddles between customers which led to unwanted sauces in my order, they were very slow throughout the entire process and to make matters even worse, I found a hair in my ice cream. For the price of the ice cream I expect a lot better. Save your money and go somewhere else.
