Tim Hortons - Burnaby Canada

Tim Hortons Lougheed has been around for over 25 yrs. It used to be a crowded place earlier,but after Covid the crowds have thinned down with most customers opting to either sit outdoors or take away. Their food offering is loaded with Sweet Muffins, Doughnuts..etc ...all unhealthy sugary foods ..so common in North America..which is surprising, since these very countries extoll healthy foods.There are also no savouries like Hot Samosas etc.. hardly any real vegetarian offerings..which is shocking, since now Burnaby Vancouver area have large South Asian populations. Lastly their tables are sporadically cleaned seems no orderly system. Overall an average place for short eats (if one likes sweet stuff) Coffee.

Went to get a coffee wait for order 20 min people after me got their drinks I was waiting. Asked the guy making drinks he ignore me his name was Jashan very rude and a girl that made drink did not say anything and no name tag on her both rude did not say sorry when asked for manager they said no manager both very unprofessional no sorry noting . If the manager see this you need to trian your staff with customer service skills. Very rude and disrespectful people here .

The worst Tim ever they provided expired food I visited 2 times and I got expired/ fungus

Had a great experience here. Specially like to mention the fantastic service provided by Jashan and Shivani.These guys are just wonderful.Like the way they were attending the customers in such a big line up.Really appreciated!!
