Similar to Church’s Chicken, HiFive24 operates 24-hours so you can get your fix for fried chicken at any time of the day. Unlike Church’s, however, HiFive24 also offers up baked chicken in addition to fried chicken.
You're serving garbage. Old, hard cold chicken, they do not listen to order instructions, they do not put a salad. On the photos. Literally garbage. I felt like I was handed over a dog bag. This facility should be ashamed.
I made an online order for my husband and I tonight. It was a chicken burger, a piece of chicken breast, pickles and dead. My chicken burger had a piece of chicken breast so incredibly thin it was best 1/2 cm. My husband was in fact two pieces of thin boneless, skinless chicken breast. They were gumy and not at all what was mapped online, which is a bone in, skin on fried chicken breast. If we knew it was the product, would we never do it? ve bought it. I knew it was gonna be bad when I saw they grab it. I even questioned the galle that picked up my order, but she and the manager assured me that this was exactly what should be done. It was a complete leaving and quite honest, a bait and switch, as the product we bought was in no way what was served.
Five stars, because customer service is the best notch. I had a problem with one of my orders. I sent feedback about their website I got an email almost immediately back AND the manager from the store (2 separate people) called me within 5 minutes to make it right. Her house style spicy (crispy) chicken burger is my favorite (with wedge fries), and her 10 drumsticks for $15 is a good offer (spicy is better than normal imho). Order with app and get a little discount (10% I think).
NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE: We always order their chicken wraps. I didn't mind the price increases when they informed the customers but when they replaced the strips with much smaller sizes it was very disappointing. Along with the the fact that my parents used to get full off of one wrap (because even add-ons were a good amount) the last 4 times we ordered were all met with a total let down. If you used to order from High Five when they first started you know the difference. I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed.
