I ordered a chicken bacon swiss, listed on the drive thru menu at $5.99. I ended up being charged $6.29. If you're going to increase prices at least have the decency to let customers know in advance by updating the menu prices! The sandwich was pathetic. A very thin piece of breaded chicken with some limp cheese and even more limp bacon. Should have taken a picture. All in all a really bad experience. Very doubtful I'll go to any Arby's again, and certainly not the one in Burnsville off Nicollet near Co. Rd. 42.
Food at a good price. Don't forget to ask senior citizen discount. Well the Burnsville Arby's does not give the Senior citizens discount I even showed her to her on my phone there is also a sign out front that says three to five a dollar when you order it everything's more than a dollar the sliders are dollar 39 the chicken nuggets are $1.49 Arby's is just trying to rip you off really watch your money they don't get the Senior citizens discount and they overcharge you for everything that they put the price on one rule for them and one rule for the rest of the Arby's
Unlike the awful place across the street, McDonald's, this place has great service great food and doesn't try to screw over the customers.
