Starbucks - Burnsville

I love this place more than the Apple Valley sites starucks. more than the stars in the target in bursville. they are always so nice that I don't get my order wrong. please give the workers a run.

Drive thru was really busy seems like the employees were preoccupied with other things because it took me to ask for my drinks to get them ?

I prefer to get my coffee at Starbucks vs Caribou Coffee but will never go to this location again. First I was waiting for my coffee for about 20 minutes, I am not kidding, when I asked when my coffee will be ready, staff was very rude, I left without getting it. The place itself was filthy, spills and garbage were everywhere, it looks like this is a hanging out stop for uber drivers.

It was not busy in the store and all available tables were dirty.. Thankfully an employee was willing to clean the table.Vegetarian options: In view, very limited

I stopped at this location with my daughter and ordered the caramel crunch Frappuccino and they were out of the crunch and were so kind to offer me the Oreos and I had to say yes . The entire experience was amazing , Hospitality at its best , thank you guys
