Kfc - Cabo San Marcos

I had to bring back a pot pie that was dry and gloppy. The chicken was very dry too, but the fish was amazing! I brought everything else back and the manager was not very pleasant to work with. I was not given a receipt, but she was able to look up my order and refund it back to my card. No apology, just an impatient attitude and a brusk send-off. There are plenty of other restaurants to visit, so it would take a very desperate situation for me to return here.

Today I was told it's an extra $1 for a breast in my 2 piece box. I've never been told this before. Got the wrong piece in the box. Chicken and biscuit were dry and hard. Cashier was rude as always!

KFC does good but customer service is needed at this store front. Some people have no personality. Food is good.

Sanitary issue!!! Here for a pickup order. They are ignoring the line of customers waiting to order, but even worse, they are not sanitary! Employees are grabbing the chicken with their BARE HANDS after touching the cash register and money! This is a huge food safety issue! If you want food thats been touched by multiple dirty hands, eat here!

Went for quick dinner; restaurant and drive through were completely empty. Nobody would take our order. One employee sitting at table looking at phone, drive through attendant ignored us. Just left and went elsewhere. I guess that's why it's empty.
