Qdoba Mexican Eats - Pittsburgh

Closed at 10pm on a Saturday night, was planning on getting some food and chilling here before going to see an 11pm show at the movie theatre right next door... seems kind of funny they close so early on a weekend being right next to a theatre. I mean I'm from new York where everything is open late if not 24/7 so my standards are higher but fix your hours and capitalize on your neighborhood instead of closing up at 10pm like your in the woods

In this day and age, there are a lot of Mexican style restaurants. You gotta be competitive with taste. This falls a little short in my books compared to other similar styles. Still good though but in my opinion there are better.

Food quality has improved so much and the staff are all friendly

So I ordered from uber eats today, after 35 minutes of my food not on it's way, I received a message that my order was canceled, I was really hungry and upset at this point so I called the source it self (Qdoba) the assistant manager Mike had answered, by the way he's really nice and helpful, he answered and kept saying sorry and told me it wasn't their fault which I understood from the start and would never blame them since I didn't go directly through them, but then the next thing that happened amazed me and showed me all hope for man kind isn't lost, Mike told me he was going to actually bring it to me himself, which is above and beyond customer service and have never seen anyone that genuine to actually leave to bring it too me even though it was not his fault what so ever, he gets my up most respect and deserves nothing less, he used his own time, his own car, to do something he didn't have to do at all and I salute him, thank you so much Mike, I will not forget this!

One guy behind the counter as the manager walked out the door. Food tasted old and chicken was tough. Dining room was a mess. I think every table had food on it. Looks like they got hit hard and no one cleaned up. No napkins in the containers. I asked for some and the gut have me one paper towel. Bathrooms were dirty no soap. I don't blame the guy behind the counter. His manager left him hanging.
