Tim Hortons - Cadillac

Stopped in here a few times with my wife and have only had 1 time with no issues with our order. Today was the worst. Her sandwich had a full sheet of paper in it that they use to separate the lunch meat. It stuck out on all sides of the sandwich. How could you miss that? My panini was basically squished and cold. Packaging also smelled like cigarette smoke. Neither of us smoke.

So today me and my wife stopped by to grab food. We were dumb and didn’t check it in store before leaving. I ordered a turkey bacon club and got the paper between two layers of turkey. Not just a piece, the whole sheet. Then my wife ordered a chicken panini. We opened it and it looked like someone slapped it together and pin rolled it. We’ve had issues here before but I think this will be the last time at this location. Our bags also smelled like cigarettes.

Most of time it's fine. today I ordered a grilled cheese panini. it doesn't look like they even tried. the cheese wasn't melted and it wasn't brown like ot should have been after being grilled. I took pics but it doesn't look like I can upload it here. I didn't have time to wait another 10 minutes for a proper sandwich.

Sebastian (I believe I could be wrong) was incredibly rude and snotty! When I tried to tell him my drink was wrong he got mean with me and I did not appreciate it!

Andrea waited on me, answered my beverage question with a smile, and prepared my latte. She said they don't accept tips, so here's my tip to prospective customers. Stop in. You'll be glad you did!
