Here for dinner, the samoa had for deer, huh and blackworm for net and the bananenfambe for sweets. eating here is all very tasty and simply amazing. not the type of place they find many tourist, but really it should. because it is a great little restaurant if you want to eat something other than French. very clean, welcoming and excellent service.
That is not a Mauritian restaurant and it is not in paris. but it is still one of my favorite places to go a decent home cooking. it is a tiny little place with a strange floor (it was a metzger) thrown away. at the bottom of a pretty ugly block of apartments in a residential area opposite the castle. no plastic palms, no chic decoration at all, but a solid, reliable menu with a small number of freshly cooked dishes. I had accras de morue, followed by carry de poisson, washed with a bottle dodo beer. it came with some freshly made achard, a bowl drill, and an excellent chili/onion/fish relish. and rice naturally. I went very early, but the place began to fill before I was finished, even on Thursday night. I also noticed how everyone was personally greeted by the friendly owner that this is a place where people come back. the total price (including a flagrant cream caramel a coco) was below 20 euro.
A very good time spent with friends in this little restaurant. a kitchen that smells good at the Meeting.Music Creole and a team at the top. I strongly recommend.
