This is my favorite cuisine, and it’s absolutely delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. The table setting is both beautiful and elegant.

**Must-Have Dishes:** The Fisherman's Catch with Sausage is a standout. The grilled Pompano was the best I've ever tasted! Redtail brings out a “Papel de Hapon” for you to eat on, as her dishes are “best enjoyed with your hands.” The only challenge is that the paper tends to fall apart under the weight of the delicious sauce you’ll want to lap up. This spot is a magnet for CDO locals—lawyers, doctors, teachers, young professionals, students, and big families flock here to eat (yes, with their hands!).
