Feedback gevenChidhuapi is a small island next to Puluqui Island in the Calbuco archipelago, located in the northern part of the Chiloé archipelago. The island is known for its people working in the salmon farms, as well as for being one of the few places where you can try the traditional dish of lamb on a stick, known as "asado al palo chilote". This dish requires careful attention from the cook, who must continuously tend to the fire and rotate the meat for over three hours.
Chidhuapi is a small island located next to Puluqui Island, within the Calbuco archipelago and to the north of the larger Chiloé archipelago. The residents of Chidhuapi mainly work in the salmon farms, but it is also one of the few places where you can experience a traditional Chilote lamb roast. The cooking process involves carefully tending to the fire and continuously rotating the meat for over 3 hours.
