Feedback gevenThis was the worst taco place we have ever visited. We waited in the drive-thru for so long that we eventually turned on the music just to pass the time. The prices definitely did not match the quality of the food we received. The dishes were overly seasoned, to the point where it was the only flavor we could taste. We won't be coming back.
I really enjoy Del Taco, but they forgot to include the sour cream in my order. Haha!
I'm disappointed with my experience at the drive-thru. I ordered some green burritos, paid extra for onions, and added sour cream, along with some fries. The fries were good when I ate them on the freeway. However, when I got to my burritos, they barely had any onions and no sour cream at all. One of the burritos was overloaded with cheese, while the other had hardly any green sauce. I called to address the issue, and the person I spoke with mentioned that the employee in the back was new. He offered to have me come back, but I declined. It shouldn't be that difficult to get an order right.
I totally get working in fast food, but if you're going to say rude things about drive thru customers, just make sure your mic is off. Also the rice was not even cooked. I'd just go to the Nampa location if you have a choice.
Ok, so here is how it goes.....whether it's drive through or a mobile order and you pick it up through drive through you will wait an awfully long time in general, whether there is people in line or not. Last time I decided not to do the drive through and went in to get my mobile order and it literally took 17 minutes. May not seem like a long time but when your waiting it feels like forever. Sometimes they don't always take your payment or confirm right away at the drive up window which also is a bit discouraging. I think fairly quick check in a customer service goes a long way and shows that your interested in the interaction.
