I'm a Dunkin fan. I've visited this specific one several times already. Friendly and courteous staff. Buuut 1. Need to add more flavor to iced/frozen drinks; especially when the customer requests and pays for extra flavor. 2. Napkins, straws, andsugar should always be available at the service stand; especially when its only 9am. Come on guys, y'all can do better. I'll beback.
Second time in two weeks that I was overcharged. Ordered only one item: an extra large coffee, and was charged for a donut as well. The first time I chalked it up to a mistake, but when it happened a second time only 2 weeks later, I have a hard timebelieving this is accidental. Both times when I brought it to their attention after swiping my card and seeing the extra $1.50charge, cashier was rude and unapologetic and made it seem like I was at fault for holding up the line. Rather than give me backthe difference, she said I?ll give you a donut next time. I said no thank you, I don?t want a donut, I?d like the amount I wasovercharged to be returned. She seemed irritated and annoyed. As convenient as this location is for me, as a matter ofprinciple I will not be returning. Customers beware.
Bit slow service and too much mill in my iced coffee. I was in a hurry or I would have gone back in.
