Best Ethiopian restaurant in Calgary. I loved the ketfo.

Order the Veggie table. it was a nice explosion of taste. several types of lenses, beds, sauces, etc. soou good. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a delicious Ethiopian dinner in abyssinia. Once we said we were vegan, the woman told us what we could have. because this was our first time there during the holiday in Canada, she beat the nice plate for two to share. the plate was not only incredibly delicious, beautiful in its presentation, and fun to eat with the injera brot. the amount of food was very generous, and actually one of the plates would have been enough for both of us. no Ethiopian beer in the night when we were there, but beer tasted very well with the spicy food. the restaurant was very busy for a Sunday evening. highly recommended if they are in the opposite.

Stumbled upon this place as it is next to Tamarind. Chill vibes, comfy tables and a vegan platter which was so tasty! Vegan for three years and I had never heard of this place. I couldn’t finish the platter, lovely variety and so much flavour. Feels good to find a healthy option at a restaurant.
