Denny's - Calgary

We landed in Calgary pretty late, so Denny's has been a real lifesaver for us.It might be a standardized chain of restaurants, but the quality and the size of the food beats any fast food alternative.Obviously it might take more time to eat but in about 30 minutes or less we were heading back to the motel pretty satisfied.The fact that it's 24/7 makes it a perfect stop on the road to Banff too.

We stopped in for an early dinner and found the place to be very quiet. We were seated promptly and our waitress came over right away. She took our orders and in less than 15 mins we had piping hot meals brought to our table. The was fresh and delicious. We are normally fans of this chain and usually get a mix of experiences, however I was super pleased with this location. Great service, good value, and awesome food. Numerous hotels within a short walk and worth every penny. We will be back here next time we are in town for sure.

My husband and I had eggs benedict. Very good. Our friend had a 55 plus meal which had a lot of food for 55 plus. The server was very good and friendly.

Walked in to an almost full restaurant but only waited a few minutes. Food came out surprisingly fast considering how busy the place was. Waitress was friendly and efficient without being annoying. Food was good as always.

3 of us stopped here for a quick dinner while in town and was served by Carmen. Carmen has such a great personality that we were laughing every time she came to the table. Her phrases and comments made our dinner so enjoyable. We enjoyed the service and food so much that we brought our party of 12 the very next morning for breakfast before heading to the stampede. I would recommend this Denny's in Calgary especially if you get Carmen as your server!!!
