Feedback gevenFriendly service, I usually order ahead on the app. I don 't really understand why the app says order ahead unavailable when the location isn 't closed for another hour ?I usually get the lemonade dragon drink, and when I check light ice I usually get half a cup, full of ice.I like enough ice just to keep my drink cool, and not a heaping cup of ice where I get three or four sips and it 's done ?

Russell was extremely rude when I asked for ice water with strawberries and no syrup. The lady at the counter was kind enough to charge me only .53 for it. However, after waiting for 5 minutes, Russell asked her to refund the .53 and charge me full price for a refresher at $5. I didn't mind paying the higher price, but the wait was too long and his attitude was unacceptable. I have never had such a negative experience at any Starbucks before.
The queue was incredibly long, but the small staff were working efficiently to serve guests as fast as possible.
My Uber driver accidentally spilled my iced coffee, so I had to place another order. I believe it was Madison who took my call (as I requested extra ice in my new coffee) and she not only made it a larger size than I originally ordered but also included a cookie. Thank you, that really made my day. I would rate the experience a perfect 10 out of 10.
