The Cheesecake Cafe - Calgary

The Cheesecake Cafe is conveniently located right in Macleod Trail, opposite the Chinook Mall, and is home to dozens of different types of homemade cheesecakes, flavors such as Oreo, Triple Berry or double chocolate Fudge Brownie. If you are more of a classic type, you can try New York style cheesecake, with the topping you want. It is the perfect place to pause for dessert, but they also have a full lunch and dinner menu. Cheesecake Cafe also has whole cheese pies available to buy and take home.

Kid-friendliness: There were children there with mom and dad, devouring the Delectable Cheese Cakes.

The menu at this restaurant is very extensive and both my wife and I absolutely loved it! We will definitely be returning. The portions are large and the quality of the food is excellent.

I empathized with our server as they were understaffed, but my main critique is about the fried chicken dish at this restaurant. They butterfly the chicken and deep fry only half of it, yet still charge $23. I would not recommend ordering it. Additionally, the bathrooms were quite dirty and the manager's attitude left something to be desired. The restaurant could benefit from better cleanliness, more staff, and higher quality entrees.
