Tim Hortons - Calgary

Recently, Tim Hortons has added Lasagna to their menu. When I realized this, we had to order some. It wasn’t bad at all! It sure was a hearty Beef Lasagna Casserole that came in a bowl, which was quite large for it’s price. It also came with a piece of “mini Garlic Toast” which is their small buns, with lots of roasted garlic butter on it. It sure was something to smile about – and with tea, the meal cost less than $5!

I couldn't believe it when I received what they call Pizza. About 1/3 of the pizza was just bare bread.

I went into this location yesterday because the drive though was too long. I placed my order and when I went to pay the machine was saying my password was wrong, I tried it a second time only for the same thing to happen. I told the girl working there and she told me that that machine will add numbers to your pin....the one on the right hand side. I tried a third time and my pin was not accepted. Now I need to go to the bank to get a new bank card. The girl working the till talked to the manager and the person in charge did nothing, she didnt even care, wouldn't comp my meal, even though shes aware that the machine doesn't work. Why are you still using a machine that doesn't work? I'm totally unimpressed with this Tim Hortons and won't go back.

Any time we visit Canada, we stop by Timmy’s often. Great coffee, good food, great and friendly service!

Repeatedly served cross contaminated bagels. Bite into my cinnamon raisin bagel only to get a lovely mouthful of garlic. Happens about 75% of the time.
