Tim Hortons - Calgary

The staff is friendly and it's an incredible place to visit.

Most disgusting experience I have ever had in a restaurant.I visited this Tim Horton's during the afternoon of 26-Feb-2024. I sat down in a wooden chair at a table to chat with a friend over coffee and a donut. Afterwards, while I was driving home, I noticed a strange odour on my clothes. When I got home, I investigated further and found that my pants and jacket smelled of urine. The stench had also been transferred to my car seat, which had to be thoroughly cleaned.Whoever used the wooden chair before me at Tim Horton's was obviously wearing clothes that were wet with urine. This is disgusting and should not be tolerated in any restaurant. This indicates that Tim Horton's staff are NOT adequately cleaning up sitting areas after customers have used them.I will never visit this Tim Horton's location again.

Plenty of parking, service is quick and food is consistent.

I ordered two bagels with cream cheese and found that the bottom of one was extremely hard and had a soapy taste, so I had to throw it out. The bottom of the other bagel was slightly hard on one side. The coffee was decent.
