Chipotle Mexican Grill

Order from Uber Eats. Only half my order showed up. It was messy too. Reordered the missing items and still showed up wrong. It’s a restaurant and I couldn’t reach anyone. Just automated messages. Should not be this difficult to reach someone to find out what happened to my order. This Chipotle location is terrible!

If I could give zero stars I would! This is such a terrible place! I just ordered delivery and had a burrito missing, my daughter’s quesadilla had no cheese and we found plastic in her rice. My bowl had guac and cheese and even chicken missing!!

The nachos were salted beyond belief. They weren't even consumable.

I recently visited Chipotle during my lunch break and was impressed with the quick service despite the lunch rush. The staff was polite and efficient, which made my experience initially positive. I placed my usual order, which never includes extra meat or any additional toppings. When I reached the cashier, they told me my total was $11.35 with taxes included. I paid and rushed back to work. However, when I sat down to eat, I noticed that I had been charged an extra $5 for additional barbacoa that I did not request or receive. This brought my total to almost $20 with taxes included, which is outrageous considering I didn't ask for or get anything extra for a single bowl. It seems like I am not the only one that has had an experience of being overcharged. This kind of mistake is disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers in the future.

Despite the many poor reviews, my family had a decent experience here in terms of food and space. My chicken burrito was consistent with other Chipotles. The space is very bright, clean, and inviting. Street parking is nearby. Service wasn't friendly and very slow.
