Swizzler Crispy Chicken Smash Burgers

The burgers are top here. The sauces are great. Our French fries were not that crispy. Five guys fries are definitely better. We walked in and we were not greeted until 3 minutes after. Basically, employees talking to each other which it is ok but say something like I will be with you just shortly.

We stopped in about 30 minutes before closing and was treated with open arms to serve us. We enjoyed 3 different burgers with their home cut spudz!! Just enough salt on the fries, everything was great!! Smash burgers were on point!! We will be back when we are in the Navy Yard area again!!Do yourself a BIG favor and try this candied Jalapeños!!!..............they are a perfect blend of sweet and spicy!!!!..........

I placed an online take out order last week, and when I got home realized it was wrong. I reached out them via IG, and not only did they give a full refund but offered a $20 gift card. I went back and tried the chicken deluxe with fries today and it was fantastic. Good food, great service!

Food is good. Service is not. Carlos, the store manager, was very rude and unbecoming when I came in to pick up an online order. I ordered an entire hour ahead and was unable to get my order as he made food for guests that ordered after me. I ONLY ORDERED FRIES! I asked to cancel, he proceeds to say I can't get a refund, then when he refunded me, he shorted me lol. Def won't be back!

They serve smashed burgers, chicken sandwiches and hotdogs. I went with the burger, which I thought was pretty tasty. The signature burger was more of an upgraded big mac but better (better meat quality for sure). The fries were even better, fried perfectly with a slight crisp and the right amount of salt. I could've ate two orders of fries. They gave me a sauce on the side but I wasn't sure if it was for the burger or fries so I drizzled some on my burger. Service was good, the gentleman was very friendly and answered any questions I had and I didn't have to wait long for fresh, hot food. The establishment was pretty plain decor with booth seating. Brightly colored walls if I recall and they had seating available for the folks waiting on their to go orders which I thought was nice. If I'm ever in Navy Yard again I would go back but try a different burger for sure.
