I Found this restaurant on TravelZoo. It is located in an inconspicuous place, the 13th floor of the National Press Building. The place was empty. The server was very pleasant. Food came out fast but a little warm. All-in-all, my food was delicious.
The place is under staffed and service is mediocre. The food was on par with hotel room service.
Quick and excellent services. Delicious food...I had the crab cakes and rockfish.
