Feedback gevenI went to this restaurant today with a business partner who recommended it. I was not disappointed, cooked by the salmone marinade entree to the filetto vitelli to perfection (rare to medium). it was then covered with freshly rubbed white truffles. the taste experience was something I experienced very rarely. it will be highly recommended to be my first station at future visit in turin. a lot of luck to find it when they are not fucked with a native it is gone, but it will be worth more than the effort.
We ordered seafood. primary eating was very good with garnel and fish. also main dish was well cooked and was in the normal class. restaurant was nice with friendly things.
Host in this restaurant that is not appreciated outside, I opted for the appetizer that encloses the essence of the typicality of the territory like the brags, the vine and the bar and is appreciated while particularly successful the agnolotti. good wine card from which to choose the right Piedmont label then the good overall experience: only neo the bathroom, inadequate for a local who wants to propose a little beyond the average.
Very good Piedmontese cuisine, the atmosphere is cold, average furniture, but eating is very good, selection of wine very appreciated, are prepared to spend accordingly what they order (e.g. truffle)
