A fond farewell, José 's! A real-estate deal is forcing you to close, but we shall miss you, and hope you 'll be able to come back to Cambridge very soon!

Made a reservation for outdoor dining, showed up and was told “I know you made a reservation for outside but we don’t take reservations for outside.” I understand places get busy and mistakes get made but what bothered me was that they couldn’t have cared any less. We said we were willing to wait if they could give us a time range but they couldn’t even do that. They just kind of stared at us and were totally unhelpful. Bad customer service. Never actually ate there.

They’re not really abide by the reservation system, but if you know that in advance it’s a good time!

Best Mexican food in the Greater Boston area. Home cooked family recipes and huge tasty Margaritas. Great value for the price. Small cozy room outdoor dining great ambiance. Friendly service staff.

Joses was a family favorite for many years. We had never had issues with reservations being honored, service being sub par or orders coming out correctly. All of that changed during our last time Joses. Sadly, we won't be returning.
