When I searched for Pizza Hut Camrose, I was redirected to a page where I chose "Pasta" from the menu. However, I was then asked for a postal code, which I didn't have. The page already showed the location of the local store and part of their postal code, which I found ridiculous. Unable to proceed, I decided to go with Boston Pizza instead. It's important not to make it difficult for customers to do business with you, as first impressions are crucial.
I had a bad experience ordering from this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. I ordered a pizza that was delivered on time but was not edible. The pizza was flat, appeared old, and the cheese was not even melted. When I called the customer service number, I was told that I should not have had to pay for such a substandard product and given a reference number. However, after a week passed without any follow-up, I contacted them again and was directed to speak with the manager of the store. Despite being promised a call back, I had to follow up myself and was only offered a discount on a future purchase, not a replacement or refund for the inedible pizza. When I mentioned that I had thrown out the pizza, the manager responded rudely and questioned my honesty. Feeling unsatisfied with the response, I contacted the head office and was given another reference number with the promise of a response in a few days, which never came. It seems that Pizza Hut relies on customers giving up on their complaints and provides subpar service. I will be sharing my experience with others and will not be ordering from them again.
Our recent visit to Pizza Hut in Camrose was very disappointing as we learned that the restaurant had moved to a different location and no longer offers dine-in service. This was a regular stop for us and we were looking forward to enjoying our favorite pizza in a new, clean location. It is unfortunate that there are not many places in town where you can sit down and have a pizza, making this change a big deal for many families. The decision to eliminate dine-in service seems like a poor choice that will likely result in a loss of business. Additionally, the new location is in a inconvenient spot and may be difficult to find for those unfamiliar with the area. Overall, we were not impressed with this change.
I am leaving in Camrose, I love Pizza Hut but last couple of year I stop to eat coz previous Pizza Hut place was so messy and Many time they disappointing me so I stop to go there but now they open again in new location with just take out order . I just visit yesterday and I got really impressed with service and friendly staff with good and fast service . And now they have a good deal too . Me and my husband will visit soon!
I will never order from here again and discourage anyone I know from doing so as well. I ordered a pizza. It was received in good time but inedible. It was flat, appeared old and even the cheese wasn't melted. I contact the 310-**** number and was met with a satisfactory answer that indeed I should not have had to pay for substandard product and given a reference number while being told I'll hear soon. Heard nothing so about a week later I contacted them again. This time I was transferred to the store itself. The initial person I spoke with said he'd speak with the manager and call me back. After waiting a substantial amount of time, I called them back. I was handed over to the manager who was rude and unrelentingly stated I'd be eligible for a discount toward another purchase but no replacement or credit for the inedible pizza. I told him I actually threw it out. To this he replied in a rather nasty tone "how do I know that?". Well I then said, do I now have to contact head office and to me this is not a satisfactory response to the situation. Basically I was hung up on. During none of this conversation was I rude, sarcastic or nasty in any way. I did contact head office and there I was given ANOTHER reference number and told it would be a few days before I'd hear back. Nothing of course. Pizza Hut it certainly appears COUNTS on people to give up on their complaints so puts out whatever garbage they can get away with. Believe me, it will be spread far and wide this terrible service I've received. Everyone I talk to, when the subject can be broached, will here the whole store to which I have all the previous reference numbers, dates and names.
