This place is really really tiny and service can take a while as there is a line sometimes. I got the classic pearl milk tea after work one day and it took around 10 mins to wait in line and another few for them to make the drink. The drink was worth it, tea flavor was evident and tapioca was good.
The Okinawa Milk Tea is my absolute FAVOURITE! Any ShareTea I've been to I order this specific drink and it is amazing! I would have provided 5 stars to this location, but I only provided 4 because the debit machine is down at times, as well, there really is no place to just sit and relax in here it's literally a door in the wall. I've been to other ShareTeas that are nice and spacious (Mississauga).
I liked all Sharetea, but not this one! They mixed both large and small tapioca in the tea WITHOUT TELLING YOU! Feels like cheating their customers! And their tapioca is not fresh! All sticking together. You can see it in my pictures....Gross!
I consumed my fair share of milk teas while I was in Toronto and Sharetea was probably my favorite spot. Simple concept: Get in line and order. What I like is that they have signs to indicate your sugar levels: 0% 30% 50% 80% 100%. They also have one for your ice levels. I had mine at regular ice and 30% sweet which was perfect. I couldn't imagine 100% sugar shock. They have tons of options that I've never heard of a little afraid to try to I stick with either taro or milk tea with tapioca balls. And to be honest, I only started getting the tapioca because of Sharetea. Typically I saw no, but honestly I had no idea what they were asking me so I said yes and ended up with them. I realized I actually liked them so it was a win for everyone. Of course the tapioca is a small upcharge. Your drink comes out rather quickly. I love that you're basically in and out within a few short minutes. There are also some tables and chairs if you feel like hanging out for awhile, but I took mine and left. I was able to explore Toronto refreshed and happy with my milk tea in hand.
