Ona Coffee House Cafe - Canberra

My son and I took a lunch break at this café while attending the ONA 'multi-level barista course' (which I highly recommend!). The café is quite spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating options. On the day we visited, the staff were very friendly, and the indoor atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a cooler day. The food was well-presented, served in generous portions, and, most importantly, delicious. Just a heads-up: they don’t accept cash, and I didn’t check if it’s possible to split the bill. I would definitely return! I give it a rating of 4.5.

Ona is renowned for its high-quality coffee. Their café and roastery offer plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff is friendly, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent!

The coffee was fantastic—rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The food was generally good, but the mayo in the taco was excessive. We ordered the calamari dish without sesame seeds, but it came with them anyway.

The fit out is amazing and the coffee and breakfast follow suit. The eggs Benedict sandwich was sooo good. The coffee here is the best of the best. Love this place- probably my favourite cafe of all time.

This high-quality caffeine-dispensing joint is a must-do. Great coffee, breakfast and industrial chic.
