Sonic Drive-in - Canonsburg

Great place! We came here after some shopping and drove-thru. We didn 't drive in . The service at the drive-thru was quick, clear, and easy. My friend ordered a hot dog with onion rings and I got a #1 cheeseburger with everything and fries. My friend 's onion rings were a good size and they were delicious. My burger and fries were so good too! None of the food broke the bank, which is a plus! I decided on a last minute milkshake and ordered a peanut butter shake and not only was it more than enough, but it was really REALLY good! It was probably the best shake I 've had in ages! If I 'm in the area again I will definitely stop by for food.

Took 20 minutes for drinks and pickle fries wouldn't recommend and horrible staff Also you made my mom leave and walk down the street to McDonald's way to go sonic now I'm #momless

Ordered food online. Almost 40.00 worth waiting on our food and nothing. Drive around by drive through and they close for employee picnic. Fine.. but close down your app. Now we drove here and have to wait 5 to 10 business days for a refund. Ridiculous we are done. Multiple people waiting for food outside

Waited for an hour at a stall and had to go knock on the door still waiting for my food.

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!! 30 minutes on a Sunday evening with 3 people in line to get a milkshake. If this was an isolated incident... OK. This is systemic problem with this poorly run location. Can't wait for the restaurant to fail so hopefully a restaurant that has any semblance of order and customer service can come in.
