Drive thru experience depends on who’s working. The old woman on the speaker is snappy and rude.

I had one good visit when I moved here. Food was good and I've been back twice since and has been worse than any fast food. How did it get so bad so quick? Two visits back had a practically RAW whopper. Took a bite and immediately opened up the burger and took it to the counter. They were shocked too. Can the cook see!? Asked for a fish sangwhich instead and it was dry and hard like a puck. I left.Tried last night thinking it was an off night that time it was raw. Fish sandwich was dry and hard again. They should have to throw it out if it's been sitting in a warming drawer for hours. Get it together. People want to like this BK.

Clean restaurant. Food was great. I ordered 2 chicken and cheese croissants. Best damn thing from any fast food place for breakfast. One was good one was bad and they replaced it immediately and apologized. I said most burger kings don't do the chicken and cheese and he said they are just lazy. Our motto is Have it your way. I really appreciate that. BK has been my favorite breakfast and this hickory flat location is killing it.

We went with my family to eat at this place and I really liked the service, the food is good too, in general I recommend it to all of us who like Burger King.

Absolutely the worse customer service. The manager Dawson had a terrible attitude and was very unprofessional with a smart mouth.
