Feedback gevenAbove and beyond! we came after a long and exhausting day on the boat to hooters and we were simply not in the best mood. our server jessica turned us around, she was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I can say confidently that we will return to this place.
Our family visited hooters often, have been for years. we know their offers, taste and expectations. last night we went in, this time 3 of us, often 8-10. many employees are available. when ordering some others, the meals 2 of three came wrong and our server was aloof. my wife came with hot level from which she can not eat, and daughter ordered an salate, but no salate came out, only boneless wings. when we told her, she was indifferent to the mistake. just turned around and went back with them and said no word. I will say... they play music far too loud in the restaurant and it is likely that they could not clearly command. I would say that band 7 or 8 of 10, actually disturbing the experience of eating out. about 1.5 minutes later, they brought my wife out. I only know that because the TV was right in front of me and I once saw the time at the TV switch. her meal was now much more moistening, meaning she reused the season, maybe cut them with butter as they do. I like hot, often order 3 miles, but simply changed it up and noticed that my was hotter then there normal hot, which was good for me, but definitiw different. than we called back the server, then it has more a posture, how can I help, became more belly and just said that is medium and what they ordered. I asked her in a loud ton. Why would you do that, in comparison, help too easy. my wife rarely says something, usually just stays quiet. then the manager came by, took a position, but went back and got fresh job to make them mild. later, another manager came and asked and said we were not the first people to say this evening and acknowledge our concern, which was appreciated. in the meantime, our server, Jas....nie back to fill a glass. my remained empty for the rest of the meal. I gave her a regular tipp because she was pregnant and wanted to support her. After we reviewed our spending over 5 years in our Mint program, we spent $27000 between ft myers and cc hooters. my suggestion is to take over a new culture that should be, the answer is yes, how can I help them to be against excusers, it will serve them well. I am an operative expert for retail and gastronomy experiences, consulate with companies and have a large company in sw florida with nearly 100 employees. I mention it only because this is not an rant, but a description of our gast experience last night.
So we have officially lived in cape coral to go a year and a half. At first, we were to understand that the customer service was perhaps lacking due to the snowball effects of the pandemic, but this cannot always be the case here. they have many server and the entire customer service is literally only sucked. eating is fine wings that are the best, but the lack of attention is annoying with regard to the service. I served a drink all the time we were there about an hour and half and was never asked or offered. I literally had to drink my spouse to finish my meal. we are not coming back. some server in this facility must make with those who like to make money from the customer service, the waitress/preservation and some noticing.
Bring Back Craft Beers! I will always rate Hooters of Cape Coral high because of the hard working staff! Recently management decided to remove all the Craft Beers. A terrible step backwards and a big mistake. It’s obvious that we now have “Big Beer” to deal with!!! It’s a shame that greed has entered the beer market taking away our choices. It all about money! I can’t drink domestic beer because it gives me a hangover. I suspect it’s the preservatives required to keep it on the shelf unrefrigerated for months. When Craft beers were introduced it gave me a choice to drink something that tasted great and had no hangover effects. Unbelievable that I can no longer enjoy my favorite sports bar along with a tasty, clean beer free of preservatives. I’ve been a regular customer since 2005! Now where do I go??? It really sucks!
Great place, friendly staff, good eating and drinks! I recently have a pickup order after picking up and getting home ready to eat, have a beer and watch the run that was not eating what I had ordered. found when they go an order with hooters, they use a third company to do so. anyone who reads that when they plan to go a job hit option two I think it was so that they could get directly with the staff at the place where they want to eat it.
