I had an amazing experience this afternoon the worker was very kind and made me smile 10/10 would come back

I just want to say Brooke always goes above and beyond with her customer service! Honestly one of the reasons I order so frequently, she has handled so many different tasks from making custom cakes to helping with door dash. issues. Every time she makes my family happy and thats why continue to frequent this particular Menchies. Please let her know how much she is appreciated!

Alicia and Sarah were very kind to my son and I. It was 11:30AM and they were still closed for another half hour when Sarah, let us in before opening hours. Alicia was very nice, and offered my son a page to color in which he did and she hung it up in the store. I learned that they are a family owned establishment, both mom and dad hard workers showing their children entrepreneurship at a young age. Love it, will be coming back soon.

Pulled in and the store got closed when other customers were still getting served

We just love menchies. Especially the kids. Maybe you can find better frozen yogurt but for us this is great. We stop anytime we see one and still have space in our tummies.
