Moe's Southwest Grill - Cape Coral

Never been to Moes before . Made sure I looked up the menu before I came so I knew what to order . I go in and ask for the home wrecker bowl and had to go back online to tell the girl what exactly goes in the bowl. The lady at the register was rude when I was asking questions about the combo I expressed it was my first time there so I was unsure how it went and she just chuckled . Food was bland and for the price , I’d rather just go to Chipotle.

Food isn’t worth what they lack in service. It took 4 people to make my nachos because I asked for the chips on the side… after talking in Spanish the whole time about me they charged $18 and when I asked why they charged me for a salad and add on cheese, etc the guy in charge said… “Customers come in and want it one way, but we don’t do it that way. You ordered a salad.” I honestly told him I’ve never had the staff tell me I couldn’t have my chips on the side and he told me that’s why none of the people that used to work there do anymore. He changed it to nachos and charged for less of the extra, but I won’t be back. When did it become common placed to “not do it the customers way”? Better luck with your future customers because you won’t have another chance with me or anyone I know.

So if you want any kind of chicken make sure you know which one to order. I told them a bowl with chicken. They did not ask which one and I did not know there were 2. They up charged me for white chicken . When I asked why the upcharge they said if you ask for chicken then you get white which is more expensive. RIP OFF. The apparent guy in charge was completely indifferent to what happened. 0 customer service.

We were very disappointed in the quality of the food. The chicken was dry and flavorless, rice was overcooked, the chips were stale. The establishment was dirty, one soda machine was broken and the other was out of most of the flavors.

This Moe's used to be my absolute favorite. It had been a very long time since I had been just due to one reason or another. Upon walking in, this store was EMPTY. I found that shocking, considering when I used to go, the line would be at the door. I ordered a steak stack, and my daughter a junior burrito. Honestly, the food wasn't bad it tasted as I thought it should. The chips all were stale the different salsa. I tried 2 of the milder ones, and both had a taste as though they weren't fresh and beyond close to needing to be thrown out. I went to the coca cola freestyle machine 1 was out of order and the other had barely any options available. This store is definitely in need of some management. Needs to be cleaned thoroughly, maintenance items addressed, and supplies ordered before they are out. Very disappointing won't visit this location anymore.
