Excellent service. Extremely clean and hygienic. Food quality superior. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Crisp Pickles and spices artistically arranged and presented in a simple basket when pure joy. A great place to win an upscale custom bagel sandwich from a high selection of freshly baked creations. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming. Pleasant and comfortable seating outdoors, but limited. I found my new hideaway! Thanks for a good meal

We enjoy stopping here when we can take breakfast. The owners are very friendly and patient (because I take forever to decide). My husband is hooked on the cinnamon Rosin Sausage and Egg Bagel and I really enjoyed the ham, egg cheese baily because it is softer than a bagel. If you are in the area looking for fresh homemade bagels or Bailys... we recommend the Bagel Factory!

Place is clean and gives the appearance of a NY Bagel shop. In my first review I was unjust about the quality of the bagel. During my last visit I bought a lot earlier a day. Every guy was excellent. This will definitely be my trip to the Bagel shop.

Fresh and delicious. A tad pricey but worth every penny. Great customer service the store was packed and they handled the crowd well. Definitely a place to come visit and we will be back
