I stopped by Arby's a couple of times in the past few months. Today the young lady working at the front. Taking the orders was excellent at her job. She was super friendly and very very helpful.

The kind gentleman at the counter helped a bunch with an order for our whole family!Everything was delicious.

Sitting in your Drive thru not another person in line or in lobby get to the window and while I was paying I 'm hearing another employee yell at the employee paying me out to pull it up repeatedly and When he ask me to pull up I replied No the Manager came up and said I need you to pull up bc I 'm waiting on chicken.. when I said No again the window was then slammed shut and have been waiting ever since.. and I 'm watching my beef and cheddar grow cold in the bag that it was placed in....
