Dairy Queen - Capitola

The service at this restaurant is excellent, particularly the staff who are very patient and friendly.

I was fortunate to place the final order on a Saturday night, and I truly felt grateful. I was on the verge of tears from the joy of having made it just in time after missing the previous night's closing time. The food was incredible, and everyone working that night was extremely friendly and efficient, despite us being the last order. The service here is unparalleled in my opinion. I believe that everyone here deserves the highest praise. This restaurant deserves a perfect 5-star rating.

The service was exceptionally slow on a Sunday night. There were three employees visible in the parking lot and two cars in front of me. One of the staff members was very rude and abrupt. When my daughter's Blizzard was handed to me without napkins, it spilled and dripped on the sides. This happened twice.
