Feedback gevenOnce again, not all products have been lost twice. Order taken incorrectly results in having to eat products not ordered. It seems like they're putting incompetent staff on purpose to take orders. It's starting to be a lot to see next time we move to another Tim Hortons.
We've been to this Tim Horton's a few times now and we're told to go to another restaurant since they can't manage. Either we are told to go elsewhere or there are not half the products left in the display. Finished for us, we listened to your employees and we went elsewhere!
Usually I have a not problem to be served , but today 29/09/23 , I have witnessed a bad service by one of the employee who was difficult to serve an elderly couple English speaker , then they left very angry about the employee reaction , after they left the employee started making fun of them behind the counter, while I was watching him, as I’m a bilingual myself.Incident time 09:10 amEmployee: white male
Amazing customer service! Good way to start the day
Extremely slow and unreliable service they missed an entire savory jalapeno pastry from the order and charged the full amount.
