Heidi's Brooklyn Deli - Carbondale

Great lunch. Menu is one of the best I've seen in a long time. We loved homemade bread and soups.

Unbelievable sandwiches. I had the Italian submarine. The meat is super tasteful and the bread is incredibly soft and fresh. The staff was also super friendly!

Enough to see a Heidis in Carbondale! Great food and good prices. My veggie breakfast sandwich this morning came with free coffee and was made with a smile!

Stopped at Heidi’s on my way to Aspen for a complete and total send of a weekend. Homie behind the counter recommended what I expected to be a very bland egg sandwich. What I didn’t expect was my mind to be completely blown by both the tastiness of the sandwich, and the incredible service. First bite of this sandwich took my tastebuds to heaven with a side trip to paradise. I ordered exactly what the chief artist in charge recommended, which turned out to be both a positive and negative experience. Positive, because I had the best egg salad sandwich this side of the Mason Dixon. Negative, because I don’t think another egg salad will ever compare to what I experienced here today. Do yourself a favor and stop in Heidi’s.
