Sunny Street Cafe - Carbondale

By far my favorite place for brunch in Carbondale! You have a wide selection of dishes and the service is excellent. I had several articles on their menu, and none have disappointed! I highly recommend the sunny skill and chicken and waffles (the two pictures). You can also not go wrong with their stuffed cookies and Gravy.

At the first dinner here I had the eggs Benedict, it was delicious. My eggs were not cooked properly and the manager was so nice! He made another job for me to take home and didn't charge me for my meal, it was a nice experience. I will definitely go back

Sofia was our waitress. She did a great job. It was the first time in this restaurant. The food was delicious. My children loved the dinosaur pancake. I have the power breakfast. It is on her lit section on her menu.

There’s service, then there is service by Sophia at Sunny Street Cafe in Carbondale. I dine out a lot. I see service all across the spectrum, but in my opinion Sophia leads the way. What else, most of the staff here is in my top rankings for service provided. I appreciate how friendly they are and how welcoming this crew makes us feel. They say unique things to us, which makes us feel special and remembered. They smile, but nothing forced. they tend to our needs ideally. That’s just the front of the house though. Each meal I’ve ordered, has been yummy. I’ve had the I may get these names wrong but let’s see sunnys skillet so good, I’ve had cinnamon roll pancakes, I’ve tasted some delicious salad my precious wife ordered, ... the folks in the back are making it happen. I’d go more if I didn’t want to be the weird regular.
