Went with the family. Had lovely food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go again. Thank you all for a good experience.

Couldn't get served. Waited for ages and left. Waited at the table. Moved to an indoor table as no one came outside. Waved to staff, stood up at the table. people started entering waiting to be seated. Gave up in the end.

More. Perhaps a little over priced but usually very tasty. Just enough of a portion which i always manage to polish off. Slight issue this last vist was that the pie crust was tough. I saw the pies put under the heat lamp on...the counter but i think they were left there too long so the pies, though hot, lost the moisture they had. It wasn't busy in there, only eaters that i could see so leaving our pies under that hot lamp was for too long. of us had mother ship's' drinks some sides which came to We will return though.

Another tasty visit. Had hoped to get here before Christmas for their specials but never managed it. Nice new year treat with one going for chicken ranger and the other moo and blue. Pigs in blankets got to be had as a side though, not...starter. Lush. Great service, great food and great atmosphere. Thanks.

Nice simple menu, with a varied choice of pie and sides. Ordered food and drink at the same time, food was well presented and piping hot. We went for a Christmas pie, which was delicious with tender meat and flavoursome sauce, softy buttery mash and...well flavoured gravy. Reasonable prices for a pie with gravy then sides are or but for you can get a pie and two sides which equates to a normal main meal. No kids menu available, but a child with a good apppetie will eat the pie and the sides are big enough to share between two! The restaurant was a bit cold, didn't help that we were sat close to the door also. Would definitely recommend for the food, good old pie and mash!
