Feedback gevenI went to a smoothie bar after the gym and had a disappointing experience. The girl at the counter was more focused on texting than helping me, so I had to say hello to get her attention. Eventually, a red-headed guy with tattoos came over to assist me. When I asked about the protein used in the smoothies due to my lactose intolerance, he seemed annoyed and simply said they use Wpi and vegan options. I pressed for more details on the lactose content, but he didn't seem knowledgeable. Despite his lack of helpfulness, I decided to go with the Wpi option that appeared to be low in lactose. The quality of customer service was poor, and the $11 choc peanut butter smoothie I ordered was unimpressive. Overall, not a great experience at this establishment.
I have never written a bad review except for today. I hate do it but I have feedback that I think needs to be shared. A busy Saturday lunch hour and two young girls doing their absolute best but out of their depth. (No fault of their own). They were very polite in the midst of being put in what appeared to be an awful position by whoever manages this place. No salad bowls and no made to order açai bowls. Which is their business! Ordered the toast only to be then told there was also no avocado. This is all a management issue and I beg you to please not put those young girls in the position they were left in today. I was extremely polite to them but I would hate to think how a less understanding customer would react. I received a refund for my order in the end.I sincerely hope things improve.
If my friend and I weren't craving a fresh juice and had other options we would have simply walked away. There were two ladies working, we weren't even acknowledged when we went to the counter, not even we won't be long, we will be with you soon, nothing but silence. There was absolutely no service given and the seating wasn't kept tidy or clean. Your saving grace was the juice we purchased was satisfying but I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people walk away prior to even ordering after today.
The male staff is so lovely. However, the lady staff is so mean and rude. 22/3/23 12.55 PM. She is so disgusting if she feels not well just stay home don’t come to work and spread bad attitude to customer. I would never come back to Cocobliss again.
Ordered a Buddha bowl despite being very busy (good for them) they were polite and I got my food around 5 mins after I ordered. The flavors were vibrant and made a beautiful combination
