Kin Sei Japanese Restaurant - Carindale

The food is nice and we've been there twice now before the movies for something to eat before you bolt in to see a show. the service is efficient and the staff friendly enough.

Very first visit this restaurant on Friday lunch time. Sushi was excellent. Staff was well trained and friendly. Highly recommend to who wants fine Japanese dining in garden city.

Second time u have been and both visits were similar. We had some sushi, seafood noodles ( second time and not much flavour ) seared scallops ( bit chewy) yakatori chicken skewers sauce lovely, kaarage chicken wasn't so nice . This with and ice tea and a Kirin beer was $70 little bit pricey for quality and lunch. Service very friendly but slow, they didn't seem rushed off their feet either . I won't rush back , if I do I might try something different.

Four of us went for dinner using discount vouchers - our first visit to this restaurant. The restaurant is lovely inside and the staff are very friendly. We had Miso soup; Wagyu beef, snapper, salmon and lobster balls. Meals were ample in size and just divine. Served with salad and rice. Dessert was tempura ice cream which we all enjoyed. Simple, tasty food - will definitely go back again.

It was a good tasting of traditional cuisine accompanied with a Japanese beer. The staff provided with good service and the place offers inside and outside seating. I would like to continue the journey of trying their other dishes.
