When the food arrived my spaghetti bolognese was mostly spaghetti with not very much bolognese sauce although my friend had the same dish with more sauce. When I requested more bolognese sauce I was told they had run out! When the waitress informed us of the failure of the bolognese supply she told us that our table had been difficult all evening. When we informed the waitress that we were offended by her remark she said we deserved her remark as we had made her staff cry.
We had arrived without a booking but were able to be seated straight away table for two. Byo just two doors away which was a plus as we were a walk ins. So many nice choice of pasta and pizza plus main we were spoilt for choice and ended up choosing the Lamb cutlets and the Prawns with pasta homemade. Both really dishes with a Twins salad.
Party of six attending for dinner. Situated in very busy heart of St Lucia. Parking can be difficult, but most folks walk thereabouts anyway. Blend of a couple of indoor tables, but predominantly outdoor. Funky street cafe type atmosphere. Reasonable wait times, terrific staff, good food. The lollipop lamb was divine, but overpriced and not enough of it. Pizzas YUM, gnocchi pretty good. Arancini interesting and yummy. Definitely worth a return visit.
We love this restaurant. There is nothing flash about this little nook in the middle of St Lucia but the food and service is just magnificent. The Tagliatelle with Prawns is just a taste sensation as are all of their pizzas. Best still the restaurant is BYO. Book early as it fills quickly and is too good to miss out on.
Totally reliable Italian main stream items. Pizza extraordinary for the kids and a beautiful veal for us. Prompt and courteous staff . Reasonable prices. A keeper.
