This is a great place for freshly prepared foods of all kinds--salads, soups, entries! Vetegarian and not! I especially like that I can sign up for only $5 per month to get 20% off each meal I buy! Even at today's higher food prices, it's still a bargain . . . Try buying the uncooked groceries, and you'll see what I mean.Vegetarian options: Very happy to see genuine vegetarian options. For vegans, I'm still pretty certain the fresh Beet salad would fit the bill!Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room for kids to eat, although I think screaming children in one big dining room like this would be unbearable! So, bring gags. . . .Parking: It's connected to the Jimbo's and shopping mall parking lots!Wheelchair accessibility: No problem with wheelchair access, as far as I can tell.Dietary restrictions: Just ask, ask, ask. They want customers eating real, whole foods no matter what their diet!
My family and I have been loyal fans of Urban Plates for a long time, and our recent visit to the Urban Plates location in Carlsbad was truly extraordinary. The bright and spacious restaurant exudes a fresh and modern feel and I was thrilled to find my beloved green matcha latte on the menu, and I was delighted to meet the talented Sous Chef, Mathew Konatsu. The encounter with Sous Chef Mathew was absolutely enjoyable. He took the time to personally ensure that our meals were prepared perfectly, and his enthusiasm always was infectious. We appreciate his genuine interest in our dining experience and his willingness to answer our questions about the menu.
It’s Panera, but healthier. It’s like a lot of other places you can go for fast, casual and healthy. But you can dial down the healthiness if you want with some neat sandwich choices, and what appear to be really good looking desserts.Great for kids who are picky and great if you want them to eat healthy as well. The closest comparison I can contemplate would be Flower Child and this is a nice change of pace and compliment. Could it be healthier? I love how they announce how they source ingredients. It’s a great place to check out
Love Urban Legends lates!! This location is close to shopping and we stopped by to get quick dinner.Vegetarian options: Yes plenty of them.Kid-friendliness: There were plenty of small kids. They have kids meals as well. You can also bring your dog to the patio.Parking: It’s a mall parking. I would assume it gets packed during busy hours.
