Kfc - Carolina Township

The food was good but the dining room was closed even though it said open on the door/online they were most likely short staffed that day, if I had to guess. They got the food out to us in a reasonable amount of time.Sidenote Their coleslaw is some of the best I've ever had.

Last few times I been there they don’t have food cooked and want to substitute with smaller portions like a wing for a leg or a leg for a thigh, no sides and always rude, I called to speak to manager I get an employee who is not management extremely rude, not a single occurrence, just bad and rude customer service, disappointing

We stopped by this KFC and ordered two meals. We requested original recipe. Both meals had mixed original and extra crispy.AMAZINGLY, this chicken did not taste like KFC chicken. It was dry and over cooked. I could not taste KFC's secret spices. My wife threw her meal away. If you are expecting a consistent KFC flavor, texture and taste, DON'T USE THIS KFC.

The manager started a yelling match with me when I tried to plead that my order was wrong like I was a small child. She never offered to give me what I actually ordered and I didn’t go back to talk to anyone because she was so aggressive with me that I assumed she would start an ugly fight at the store. I would not recommend this location.
