La Tana Del Lupo - CARPINETO ROMANO

Carpineto Romano is one of those mountain top communities, just south of Rome, and happens to be where my wife's family originated, and so I guess I've visited there maybe 6 or 7 times over the last 20 years, we usually had home cooking or pizza, as there was a complete absence of restaurants, not anymore, there's as least 3 nowadays, and Rhone Tana Del Lupo, is simply the best.! Our angel waitress Marya, was kind enough to explain in english, chef Gaetano's various specials, and Gaetano is a Master of cuisine, whether it is Pasta, Carne, or on one occasion, I had asked him to prepare some fish for me, no problem, fantastic food, you could not be disapointed, prices are as low as eating fast food in the Americas, astounding. Although I visited 3 times on my last visit, I may visit every day on my next.
