Subway - Carroll

I will never do business with Carroll subway again. I ordered on subway my order wasn't correct and was cold. Called subway they wouldn't let me talk to the manager. Nobody cared avoid this company.

Had to stay here and they wanted to charge more than i could book it for through expedia .. so second day booked through expedia and they gave us a very unsanitary room .

Bad customer service everywhere I go, the quality of the food awful. The forget napkins, and I'll order the same sandwich at the same place on different days and it will be a different price. Would not recommend to anybody, especially cause you pay way o much for bad food and bad service

A bunch of irresponsible lazy teenagers work here. I work for DoorDash and sometimes they have the order ready before you ever walk in to pick it up, but sometimes they’re too busy in the back of the store talking, or flirting with each other instead of making the DoorDash order, so when you walk in and it’s not ready, they treat you like it’s your fault and tell you to call before you get to the store so that they can have it ready. It’s called look at your order screen and DO YOUR JOB.

The worst sandwich I have ever gotten from a subway it was so thrown together that the sandwich had to be eaten with a fork and knife would not recommend this place to
