Mcdonald's - Carrollton

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is very clean. There are employees constantly cleaning the self-order kiosks. We attempted to use the kiosks multiple times but found them to be slow and inflexible when making changes to our sandwiches/burgers. Therefore, we opted to order with a person instead. We also utilized the drive-thru service, which was quite speedy. There are two drive-thru lanes that eventually merge into one.

Pros and cons. I arrived at the restaurant early to grab a bite to eat. It was very crowded, likely due to a large group of young people. On the positive side, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. Despite the long line, the staff took our orders quickly. One downside was that when they called out orders, it was a bit hard to hear. However, on the positive side, customers could track the progress of their order on the screen above the front counter.
